  1. Yep I agree, I thought we were gonna see full recipes or at least Fast Forward steps = Results give us more of an idea of what type of Dough, or how they twist or whatever designs

  2. You must think very highly of yourself if you think these basic techniques or what-ever you think you are showing are "secrets"….. or you are just purely delusional !

  3. Can someone please explain the dough in parts 1 and 3 that looks like regular dough on one side and a thin layer of dark brown leather on the other side?

  4. Useless video without any recipes, mise en place shown? Nothing finished, what was the brown and white thing cut with a razor? some of the breads? Thumbs down, also I noted no response from the video artist , Patissier Chef. Whatever, waste of time
