  1. I am having a problem at the moment! I can get one cage but any more than one, it sticks to ladle even with the oil and /or is too brittle and shatters when try to remove from ladle. I am really struggling 🙁 if anyone can tell me where I'm going wrong I would be so grateful!! I look forward to your superior advice! Please help 😳

  2. I want to make caramel sugar strings like shes made with the cage thing (but i don't need the cage structure) I'm trying to make strings of hey for a scarecrow themed cup cake. will the string disintegrate if i place them on top of butter cream?

  3. Nope, the sugar cage did not work. The ladle gets too hot to handle. I tried putting it in the fridge for a few minutes, but the caramel just broke off the ladle. Oh well, lesson learned.

  4. Thanks for this video. Hey, I made a Flan and decorated it with sugar decorations on, Made the mistake to put it inside the fridge and it melted. Next time left it outside at room temp but few hours later caramel started melting. How can I preserve it from melting? Any tips?
