  1. Hi Babish, I tried this a couple of times last night with no joy. My problem was the milk yeast starter. It didn't look like the hot foamy mess that you had, it was more like a yeasty skin sitting on top of the milk. What do you think I'm doing wrong? Cheers

  2. Made a bunch of the sour cream donuts recently and they were great! Made the classic glaze, a maple glaze, and coated a bunch with cinnamon and sugar. Didn't have a smaller cookie cutter for the hole so I used a beer bottle and it actually worked really well. Also didn't pay enough attention to the video so I made a double batch which made an insane amount of donuts.
