  1. She said to bake it for 30 to 45 min. That seemed like a rather big range. My bread turned out to have nice texture but the top isn't brown enough and I've used about 1/4 of the yeast specified and my bread still smelled strongly of yeast/alcohol/amino acids. Help!

  2. I am soo annoyed right now. I have been looking for the beggining video for breadmaking by Karen for about a week and to no avail. Can someone from expert village number these videos please. Thank you.

  3. She never states what degree to bake the loaves at, but states for how long.

    I also have to agree with the unorganization of the videos. It would have been nice to at least them them numbered, if not in much longer segments. Ideally all one video for those who are trying to understand how to do this without a personal guide.
