Unfortunately this didnt work for me, followed the recipe, weighing all of the ingredients, using candy thermometer and all, it just never really set, super soft, transferred into the fridge hoping it would set there but nothing, ended up putting it into the jar for dipping apples instead lol. Wonder what went wrong?

  3. I wanted to make a double batch of these delicious caramels but then I saw that you specifically say to NOT double the recipe. How do I make more at one time?

  4. I don't get why we have to cut the butter in to equal prices if we're just going to melt it all right after, does that even do anything?

  5. I've made them twice and both times they were so hard like rock candy but I cooked at correct temp I even bought a new thermometer to make sure it wasnt the tools…help
