  1. Not bad, I’d pan sear the mushrooms and bacon then stuff them at the bottom of the cup and instead of the gravy I’d make a Hollandaise sauce and just abuse the whole dish with it before garnishing lol

  2. Not possible to make the dough at home ? What the hell is he talking about ???
    Sure this looks delicious, but 1h15 for my breakfast (and I guess making the dough would have taken another 45 mn at least but it can be done ahead of time), thx but no thx. I guess it would be a brunch instead.
