I am totally in need of finding my work life balance, and although I love my business but I have no time for anything or anyone else :(. Havenโ€™t seen my friends for a year now because I either bake/ shop/deliver/ plan/ do my accounting/ research/ it is so much! I do all the aspects of my business myself, and I really struggle with space now in my kitchen. Your video helped me to realise that I must change my ways otherwise me, my family, and my business will pay the price!

  4. Chelsweets, which cake boxes do you use for your use for your typical 7-8 inch round cakes, 4 layers high? Does anyone make cake boxes for extra high cakes, like yours? I'd LOVE a video on how you package/box your cakes for transport!!

  5. This was awesome. You hit every concern and boosted my confidence. I feel stressed trying to give everybody quality customized cakes but then they always have to compare your price to whatโ€™s available in the grocery. Imma deal with that now. Thanks

  8. That was great advice. Type A personality ๐Ÿ™‹ right here ๐Ÿ˜. You hit the nail on the head, take orders that makes us a little nervous and we learn from it. 2 tier cakes especially make me nervous.

  9. My sexist dad always gets annoyed when I spent time outside of the kitchen bc Iโ€™m โ€œacting like a manโ€ once I started baking he got happy that I was finally acting like a woman…
Should I shove a cupcake in his face? Iโ€™m not sure cuz he has anger issues soooo yea.

  10. I am in England trying to start a cake business that caters to vegans/lactose intolerance/allergies/gluten free etc, but I don't live in a big city so I'm worried that that will be a problem.
