  1. Kirsten, your tiny house & small space videos caught my attention, but I am really appreciating your coverage and exploration of these new takes on traditional homes. As the owner of a 1938 suburban DC home, these videos really help my family and I consider alternative ways to use the spaces in our house. I love your in-depth interviews exploring the designers intent of spaces. Keep up the great work!

  2. WHY on earth would you want people passing by to “see what’s going on inside”??? Lending a helping hand to burglars? Then just leave a charged debit card under the doormat.

I wonder what people who like such a sterile environment would do for fun. The house looks to me like a maximum security prison. Everywhere is bare, cold and white, but different folks, different strokes.

  3. The designs are supposed to be innovative, minimalist, comfortable, and attractive. But the designs are actually very pretentious to the point where it’s all so ugly, bland, and annoying. Blah

  4. This guy has no integrity. He has swallowed the design school book of bullshit whole. His design has no real feeling just a few nice touches here and there, yet he is responsible for quite a lot of social architecture in Brixton and Peckham, the council love him so he gets to do a lot. Admittedly the box park in Croydon is quite good but I'd say he's more a commercial architect, he does soulless very well, with a trendy twist.

  5. IT'S JUST LIKE JAIL AFTER ALL THEY HAVE NO PRIVACY IN THE RESTROOM, NO HANDLES ON CABINETS, NO KNOBS ON DOORS. IT'S LIKE SOMEONE TRYING TO MAKE PEOPLE UNDERSTAND BLINDNESS THIS IS HOW THEY WOULD BUILD IT IT WOULD BE CHEAPER TO JUST LOCK YOURSELF UP IN AN INSTITUTION AND TAPE YOUR EYES SHUT SINCE YOU HATE LOOKING AT EVERYTHING YOU'LL LOVE IT AND IT'S FREE NOW THAT'S A REAL MINIMALIST. I FEEL SORRY FOR THAT KID HE'LL BE THE VERY 1ST KID WHO WAS TURNED AUTISTIC BY HUMANS AH THESE PEOPLE ARE SO ADVANCED AND ENLIGHTENED …
(English accent) I'm so minimalistic I can't even see my fart head)

  6. Great space for toddler paintings … very sterile looking, no warmth anywhere? No color?
I've seen better bathrooms in tiny houses. Let me go down to the docks and buy 3 shipping containers! Oh and the baby echo Hahahaha! you'll get tired of that quickly 😉

  7. I still want t an old warehouse. Windows all at the top, but open areas, flowing through the entire structure and a roof garden. With pool… Parking off street indoors in front with automatic electric overhead door. Once in, you're in. Separate garage w/lockable steel door to kitchen inside. No long runs with groceries. Very front, studio, behind that, open living area, behind that valley kitchen & walk in closets and full bathroom,, behind that bedroom . Recording studio and roomy living quarters all in one open space approx. 2,000 sq ft. Roof garden. No pool-Attitude would not support w/o columns! Rather have it open. My ideal setup, anyway…
