  1. Hello Rachida! The Millefeuille pastry that we get in the UK use a thin layer of strawberry glaze covered by a much thicker layer of sweetened whipped cream as the filling with fondant icing on top. These are known as cream slices here for this reason.     I have eaten the pastry cream (aka custard cream) filled ones in Paris. I prefer the strawberry & whipped cream version – its richer. Do try it out!
